Please join us on Wednesday, August 14, from 3-4:30 pm, to discuss the final preparations to teach social action this academic year. We will explore such issues as:
- What is your plan to get students into groups during Issue Identification.
- How will you make sure the demands are specific and quantifiable, and the targets are named?
- What will you do to help your students believe that change is possible?
- How will you help your students distinguish between Campaign Activities from Campaign Actions.
- How will you manage class time to ensure students get to a Campaign Action. Will you use Mural Board, or some other way to monitor student progress?
