- Demand 1: Keep It Local demands that hosts of short-term rentals are only allowed to rent out their primary residence and one more property in the city of South Bend.
- Demand 2: Keep It Local demands that if hosts do not have their primary residence in St. Joseph County, then their short-term rental property is taxed twice the hotel tax.
- Demand 3: Keep It Local demands that the city of South Bend release yearly data on how short-term rentals are affecting affordable housing in the area.
