- To further develop affordable housing in the state of Washington and to help people who are struggling to pay and find housing give them help that they need
- We want Senate Bill 5249 to pass which is that single kit houses are built.
- House Bill 2114 be resent to the senate to be passed, which states a rent increase cap on landlords and ensuring that tenants are aware that the rent will increase.
One, we are demanding that more unsubsidized housing be built. Two, we are demanding that Senate Bill 5249 be passed as it would allow for single house kits to be built. Three, that House Bill 2114 be resent to the Senate to be passed, placing rent increase caps on landlords and ensuring that tenants are notified of rent increases.
