Forensic Analysis

Motivation to Teach Social Action:

What interested me about this course was having the opportunity to gain insight on how to incorporate my background in forensic science into social change. I sometimes have difficulty with trying to implement social change in my courses and this institute will provide me with the foundation to do that.

Course Description:

This course will discuss advanced topics in the criminal justice system as it relates to crime scene methods, laboratory methods, recognition of evidence, documentation of crime scenes, evidence detection and enhancement, maintaining evidence integrity, and basic analytical toxicology as it apples to drug and body fluids analyses.
