Motivation to Teach Social Action:

I am hoping to develop a social change course/series out of my institute.

Course Description:

This course is designed for students wishing to cultivate leadership traits and practical skills for social change. The course will help students develop and discern best practices for advocacy, organizing, and activism, while becoming familiar with different theories of social change. Course projects will analyze problems, strategize about campaigns, organize volunteers, all for undertaking action that is informed, considered, and effective.
