    1. What are some practical ideas to normalize TSA in the field (e.g., 20-minute presentation at a conference, pre-conference Institute to a conference, list the conferences out)?
    2. What are 1-2 bold ideas to normalize TSA in the discipline?
    3. What is already happening in the field that connects to TSA, which could be used to normalize TSA?
